Youth Rise Program
supporting youth & young adults
The Youth Rise Program is designed to support youth and young adults ages 14–24 who are navigating challenges and looking for a path forward. Through mentorship, structure, skill-building, and meaningful opportunities, the program helps participants build confidence, develop life and career skills, and create a stronger foundation for their future. Whether someone is justice-involved, at risk of system involvement, or simply in need of guidance and support, Youth Rise is here to help them grow, connect, and rise.

Why It Matters
Justice-involved youth face significant barriers to employment and education. Without intervention, they are at high risk for long-term system involvement.
Youth Rise interrupts that cycle early.
This work leads to increased engagement in education and workforce programs, helping young people stay connected and active in their learning and career pathways. It also builds stronger relationships with positive adult mentors who provide guidance, consistency, and support. Over time, this results in improved employment readiness and more confident transitions into the workforce.
