Want to make a difference in your community?  Justice Jobs needs people like you to help in a variety of roles.  You can work directly with applicants and placed employees, assist with office work, or provide program development and management.  We provide all the training.  There is an opportunity for everyone to excel!

Examples of how volunteers can help include:

  • Intake interviews - Take down basic information, assess human needs, make referrals, and get to know our applicants

  • One-page resumes - Create a marketable resume using a template, working face-to-face with applicants

  • Online applications - Help applicants qualify for interviews

  • Follow-up - Track applicant and employer impressions to optimize future interviews

  • Workshops - Facilitate workshops that help applicants prepare for interviewing and entering the work force.

  • Mentoring - Help placed applicants optimize their employment over the long haul

  • Job development - Market Justice Jobs to prospective employers

  • Grant writing - Put your grant writing experience to work at Justice Jobs

  • Administrative - Apply your professional skills to support Justice Jobs

We believe people should do what's fun for them, so long as it meets good principles.  Why?  Doing things consistent with our nature makes us more effective, more authentic, healthier, and happier.  So when you volunteer here, we will:

(1) Find out what you enjoy doing and are good at;

(2) Find something at Justice Jobs that fills that bill; and

(3) Let you do it!

If you align with Justice Jobs' values and want to help others "get a leg up," call or email and volunteer today!
