What Does Justice Jobs Do?

 

Justice Jobs prepares Applicants, verifies their references, constructs applicant resumes, assists Applicants in completing online applications, matches them to Employers, sends them on interviews, and follows up afterwards.

We place Applicants primarily at entry level. After placement, we support new hires with workshops and morale-building events.  The goal is advancement and optimization of placement within 2-3 years.

Justice Jobs provides Employers with pre-screened, reference-checked, qualified Applicants, matched to open positions, who have completed our week-long applicant training program.

Justice Jobs mentors Newly Hired Applicants with monthly programs and continuing contact.  Soon we will expand this mentorship to include small groups that are mentor-led, focusing on problem-solving and the principles of private and public success.

Justice Jobs relies on Volunteers.  We train our volunteers to work 1:1 with applicants in all aspects of the job search process, and also with prospective employers to develop open job opportunities.  This is rewarding work for anyone who wants to "do something that really counts"!
